Board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Jacqueline Caldwell earned her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Medicine in Little Rock, where she also completed her residency training in anesthesiology. Before joining Southern Regional Anesthesiology Consultants, Dr. Caldwell served as an instructor in UAMS’s Department of Anesthesiology. She was also the 2007 recipient of the Richard B. Clark, MD Award for Excellence in Obstetrical Anesthesia. Currently, Dr. Caldwell is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists; American Medical Association; Society of Obstetrics, Anesthesia and Pediatrics; Arkansas Medical Society; and Arkansas Society of Anesthesiologists. Jill Flaxman, MD
Dr. Jill Flaxman is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management physician with more than 20 years of diverse experience who provides both anesthesia and pain management services at all Southern Regional Pain Services facilities.
A graduate of the University of Arkansas’s College of Medicine, Dr. Flaxman is affiliated with many local hospitals including St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center. Additionally, she is certified in advanced perioperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) by the National Board of Echocardiography. Besides her role as a provider for Southern Regional Pain Services in Little Rock, Arkansas, she is a partner in Southern Regional Anesthesiology Consultants PLLC.

Jill Flaxman
A graduate of the University of Arkansas majoring in biology, Dr. William Groce III received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 2006, where he also went on to complete his residency training in anesthesiology in 2010. He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is certified in advanced perioperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) by the National Board of Echocardiography. He joined Southern Regional Anesthesiology Consultants (formerly Little Rock Anesthesia Services) in 2013. is a partner in Southern Regional Anesthesiology Consultants PLLC and Southern Regional Pain Services in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Dr. Russell Harris is a board-certified anesthesiologist in Little Rock, Arkansas. Born in Arlington, Texas, Dr. Harris is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical School in Galveston, where he also completed his residency in pediatrics before completing his residency training in anesthesiology at the University of Arkansas College of Medicine in Little Rock. Dr. Harris is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and has been associated with Southern Regional Anesthesiology Consultants (formerly Little Rock Anesthesia Services) since 1994.

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. David McEntire received his bachelor of science in biology from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville before earning his medical degree at the university’s Medical Sciences College of Medicine. He then completed his residency training in anesthesiology and fellowship training in pediatric anesthesiology at the Arkansas Children’s Hospital before joining Southern Regional Anesthesiology Consultants. Dr. McEntire has received numerous academic and clinical awards and honors and is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
Born in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Dr. Neadum Odum is a graduate of Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, and earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock. Dr. Odum completed his residency training in anesthesiology at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City and received fellowship training at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, before becoming a staff anesthesiologist at Little Rock Anesthesia Services. A member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Odum has been a partner at Southern Regional Anesthesiology Consultants and Southern Regional Pain Services since 2013. He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is certified in advanced perioperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) by the National Board of Echocardiography.
Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Richard Perkins has been a practicing anesthesiologist for more than 20 years. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dr. Perkins earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas College of Medicine in Little Rock in 1994, where he also completed his residency training in anesthesiology in 1998. Following 15 years of practice at Little Rock Anesthesia Services, Dr. Perkins has been a partner at Southern Regional Anesthesiology Consultants and Southern Regional Pain Services since 2014.
Board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Michael Reding has been a partner at Southern Regional Anesthesia Consultants since 2014. A graduate of Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, where he majored in biology, Dr. Reding earned his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock, where he also completed his anesthesiology residency training. He is certified in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS). Prior to joining Southern Regional Anesthesia Consultants, Dr. Reding served as a physician at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Caroline Reynolds is a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she majored in neuroscience and psychology. She received her medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile and completed her residency training in anesthesiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Dr. Reynolds joined Southern Regional Anesthesiology Consultants in 2015.
